稻稈主要分布於台灣重要的稻作區，其中以 嘉南平原 最具代表性。此地區地勢平坦、土壤肥沃，是台灣最大的農業平原之一，長期以來孕育出廣闊的稻田景觀。嘉南平原的氣候屬於溫暖濕潤型，全年日照充足，加上灌溉系統完善與水源穩定，使水稻得以良好生長。當稻米收成後，田間留下的稻稈成為重要的農業副產物，不僅反映出當地稻作文化，也蘊含可再利用的植物纖維資源。

Rice straw is mainly found in Taiwan’s major rice-growing regions, with the Jianan Plain being the most representative. This area is characterized by flat terrain and fertile soil, making it one of Taiwan’s largest agricultural plains and home to vast rice fields. Its warm and humid climate, abundant sunlight, and well-developed irrigation system provide ideal conditions for rice cultivation. After harvest, the remaining rice straw becomes an important agricultural byproduct, reflecting local rice culture while offering valuable, reusable plant fiber resources.
