蔡世緯接受岳父建議開火雞養殖場。無心插柳的斜槓事業，竟讓他成為臺灣數一數二的火雞肉供應商。太太勸他收掉竹編廠，但充滿家族記憶的工廠，哪捨得關，眼見竹件需求仍在，加上童年玩伴提議一同保留文化資產，以竹編廠作為「竹編發展協會」基地，盼延續技藝、培育人才。

Following his father-in-law’s advice, Tsai Shih-Wei started a turkey farm and unexpectedly became one of Taiwan’s leading turkey suppliers. Despite this success, he chose to keep his family’s bamboo workshop and turn it into a base for a Bamboo Weaving Association, aiming to preserve the craft and train future artisans.
